Terms of Service

Life Agent es una plataforma de marketing digital impulsada por inteligencia artificial que ofrece:

• Agente de IA para estrategia y ejecucion de marketing.
• Gestion de campanas publicitarias (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, X, LinkedIn).
• Creacion de contenido y publicaciones con IA.
• Gestion de leads y conversaciones por WhatsApp.
• Dashboard ejecutivo con KPIs y metricas.
• CRM operativo y pipeline comercial.

Para usar el Servicio debe crear una cuenta proporcionando informacion veridica y completa. Usted es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales de acceso y de todas las actividades que ocurran bajo su cuenta.

El Servicio ofrece planes de suscripcion con asignaciones de tokens mensuales. Los pagos se procesan a traves de Stripe. Las suscripciones se renuevan automaticamente al final de cada periodo de facturacion salvo cancelacion previa.

• Los tokens no utilizados no se acumulan entre periodos.
• No se realizan reembolsos por tokens no consumidos.
• Los precios pueden cambiar con aviso previo de 30 dias.

El Servicio permite conectar cuentas de plataformas de terceros (Google, Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) mediante autorizacion OAuth. Al conectar estas cuentas:

• Usted nos autoriza a acceder a los datos necesarios para operar las funciones habilitadas.
• Usted es responsable de cumplir con los terminos de servicio de cada plataforma.
• Puede revocar el acceso en cualquier momento.
• No somos responsables de acciones realizadas por las plataformas de terceros.

El agente de IA (Alejandro) genera recomendaciones y ejecuta acciones de marketing segun su configuracion. Usted reconoce que:

• El contenido generado por IA es una herramienta de asistencia, no un sustituto de juicio profesional.
• Usted es responsable de revisar y aprobar las acciones ejecutadas por el agente.
• Las acciones publicitarias (presupuestos, activacion/pausa) tienen impacto financiero real.
• Los guardrails de presupuesto configurados limitan las acciones automaticas del agente.

El Servicio, su diseno, codigo y marca son propiedad de Life Agents AI, S.A.P.I. de C.V. El contenido generado por el Servicio para usted (posts, imagenes, estrategias) le pertenece a usted.

El Servicio se proporciona "tal cual". No garantizamos resultados especificos de marketing. Nuestra responsabilidad maxima se limita al monto pagado por usted en los ultimos 12 meses. No somos responsables por:

• Interrupciones o cambios en las APIs de terceros (Google, Meta, etc.).
• Resultados de campanas publicitarias.
• Perdida de datos causada por plataformas de terceros.
• Danos indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes.

Puede cancelar su cuenta en cualquier momento. Al cancelar, perdara acceso al Servicio al final del periodo de facturacion vigente. Sus datos seran eliminados dentro de los 30 dias siguientes a la cancelacion.

Estos Terminos se rigen por las leyes de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Cualquier controversia sera resuelta ante los tribunales competentes de la Ciudad de Mexico.

Life Agent is an AI-powered digital marketing platform offering:

• AI agent for marketing strategy and execution.
• Ad campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, X, LinkedIn).
• AI-powered content creation and publishing.
• Lead management and WhatsApp conversations.
• Executive dashboard with KPIs and metrics.
• Operational CRM and sales pipeline.

To use the Service you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

The Service offers subscription plans with monthly token allocations. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing period ends.

• Unused tokens do not carry over between periods.
• No refunds for unconsumed tokens.
• Prices may change with 30 days notice.

The Service allows connecting third-party platform accounts (Google, Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) via OAuth authorization. By connecting these accounts:

• You authorize us to access data necessary for the enabled features.
• You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service.
• You may revoke access at any time.
• We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms.

The AI agent generates recommendations and executes marketing actions per your configuration. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is an assistance tool, not a substitute for professional judgment.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving agent-executed actions.
• Ad actions (budgets, activation/pausing) have real financial impact.
• Budget guardrails you configure limit automatic agent actions.

The Service, its design, code, and brand are owned by Life Agents AI, S.A.P.I. de C.V. Content generated by the Service for you (posts, images, strategies) belongs to you.

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific marketing results. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for:

• Interruptions or changes in third-party APIs (Google, Meta, etc.).
• Advertising campaign results.
• Data loss caused by third-party platforms.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, you will lose access at the end of the current billing period. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of cancellation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Mexico City.
